Hands down, the best trip ever!
When I first started working with Lanie, we (me and my best friend) had given her an option of where we wanted to stay in Punta Cana. She suggested we try the Majestic Elegance and assured us we would love it. Any questions we had, Lanie was quick to respond. I had also kept her in the loop and our trip countdown. As our trip got closer, wonderful Hurricane Maria started to make an appearance in the Caribbean. Lanie went out of her way to make sure we would be fine on our trip by calling the GM at the resort to check status. Needless to say, we had the time of our lives all thanks to Lanie. She is awesome at her job. I know we will continue to work together as well has having a great friendship.
